Terms & Conditions for Booking Tours with Old Phuket Tour

1. Booking
— To book a tour, please fill out the booking form available on our website or contact us directly.
— A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.
— Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

2. Cancellation and Refunds
— In case of cancellation, please inform us at least 24 hours before the tour date.
— Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the tour date will result in a 50% refund.
— No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 4 hours before the tour date or for no-shows.
3. Changes and Modifications
— Old Phuket Tour reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or insufficient bookings.
— In case of modification or cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options.
— Old Phuket Tour reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
4. Liability
— Old Phuket Tour is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the tour, except as required by law.
— Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow all safety instructions provided by Old Phuket Tour.

— Your personal data will be used only for the purpose of processing your booking and providing you with the tour services.
6.Governing Law
